- Shipping & Delivery
- We will ship to all 50 states and APO locations. If you request international shipping, we ask that you submit your order via email and we will manually process your order so that we will have the correct information and fees for international shipping.
- Sales Tax
- Louisiana residents will be charged a 4% sales tax.
- Warranties
- We will provide a full refund, less shipping, if you are unhappy in any way with your products within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Return Policy
- If your order is damaged in any way, we will send you another order, however, we ask that you keep your shipping box and products for our shipper to pick up upon delivery of your replaced product. This ensures our ability to have quality control with our shipper and provide the best possible service we can to our customer. Upon receipt of your new order, be prepared to have the shipper pick up the damaged product. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
